Yes, as long as you’ve applied and bought coverage for nine teams through SeasonSaver, all nine teams are covered under one policy.

We recommend applying for coverage with an effective date sometime during the days or weeks before your first activity.  The policies offered through SeasonSaver are intended to cover your seasonal activities. If you’d like coverage to apply to all of your seasons within a twelve-month calendar year, please include the combined total participant number for all seasons on your application for coverage.

SeasonSaver offers liability coverage for third-party bodily injury and property damage arising from a covered activity (i.e., the sport) organized and supervised by you. We also include Medical Payments for Sports Participants Coverage as part of our offering. This benefit covers an injured participant’s medical bills that are in excess of their primary health insurance. These coverages are offered under one policy.

Because participant numbers vary from season to season, your policy will not automatically renew.

Yes, if you include the combined total participant number for both seasons on your application for coverage, then your policy will cover both seasons.

Your policy is effective as of 12:01 AM on the first day of coverage you requested on your application and will expire on the last of coverage requested on your application.

Any losses that are caused by or related to, either directly or indirectly, any communicable disease, such as COVID-19 (Coronavirus), are specifically excluded under the policy terms and there would be no coverage.

Postponement, cancellation, abandonment, or relocation of your event would be covered if it were due to inclement weather which made the venue unusable or inaccessible, or if the weather made it unsafe to attend or participate in the event.

If you have tried and failed to find a new location for the tournament and therefore had to cancel the event, the cancellation and subsequent revenue losses would be covered.

Your policy will go into effect the date you purchase the coverage and it will expire at 12:01AM the day after the event ends.

Upon the discovery of any event likely to result in a claim under this policy, you should give prompt notice to the insurance company.
